Excursion to Salzburg
Mozart's Residence

Surprisingly, we had never been to this world-famous Austrian city before.
The weather was just perfect, and we really enjoyed our visit. Salzburg, well-known for Mozart, is such a pretty town with so  many historical sights scattered around.

We had a nice long walk through beautiful parts of the city. Chiko, who likes to play Mozart’s piano music, was particularly happy to be at his birthplace. We also visited the confectionery “Fuerst”, where the real “Mozartkugel” chocolate is sold. The hand-made sweet was originally invented by the Salzburg 

confectioner Paul Fuerst in 1890’s and tastes much better than thousands of other mass-produced copies available on the market...!
